2. The running condition of the fan should be checked regularly. If there is a fan that is not working properly, it should be replaced in time. In addition, if a certain amount of dust is found in the fan and air duct of the laser marking machine, the equipment should be powered off first, and then the air gun can be used to clean along the air duct.

3. Before each startup, carefully check the pressure of the auxiliary gas. If the pressure is sufficient, it can be used normally. If the pressure is insufficient, it may be the leakage of the pipeline. It should be solved in time.

4. Before processing, check whether the focusing lens is dirty, whether the lifting mechanism of the marking machine is offset, and whether the set software parameters are changed.

5. After the work is completed, shut down the machine according to the shutdown steps above the manual, and then turn off the main power supply.

6. After the work is completed, clean up the garbage in time, clean the workplace and keep the workplace clean.
